Report non-consensual intimate imagery
If you believe that intimate or sexualized images of you — including AI-generated or AI-altered "deepfake" images — have been created, stored, or shared through Ghost Creative without your consent, you can report it here. You do not need an account. Reporting is free, you do not need to prove you tried other options first, and you do not need to contact whoever uploaded the content.
We will acknowledge your report within 24 hours with a reference number. For content we confirm to be non-consensual intimate imagery, we will remove or disable it within 48 hours of receiving a complete report, or tell you in writing why we declined. We hash confirmed material to prevent re-upload, terminate the responsible account, and report to the authorities where required.
- Anyone depicted (or their authorized representative) may report — no account needed.
- Free, no proof of exhausted remedies, no need to contact the uploader.
- Acknowledgement within 24 hours with a reference number.
- Removal of confirmed content within 48 hours — or written grounds for refusal.
- Confirmed material is hashed to block re-upload; the responsible account is terminated.
- Your identity is never disclosed to the uploader.
- Your direct legal rights are not waived, capped, or sent to arbitration by our Terms.
A person depicted in non-consensual intimate imagery who is not a party to our Terms is not bound by them: nothing in our Terms — including any limitation of liability, indemnity, arbitration or class-action waiver — limits, waives, or moves to arbitration any direct statutory or tort claim you may have, including under the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act and applicable state and national NCII laws.
